   Charles M. Magowan, Vice President Charles Magowan co-founded TradePoint in 2000. In addition to his duties at TradePoint, Mr. Magowan is the Chairman of Robbin's Club, one of the largest restaurants in Tokyo. He is also a Trustee of Grace Cathedral and the Cathedral School for Boys.
   
   Charles Magowan's career to date includes experience in the investment industry, start-ups, and the aquaculture industry. Formerly, Mr. Magowan co-founded and managed a partnership with Japanese high net worth investors for investment in Japanese private placements and international technology licensing opportunities. Mr. Magowan was also research partner of the C.P. Feedmill Company, the world's largest aquaculture company. He co-founded the Water Purity Company (Bangkok) to design and build the water and life support systems for Thai Gypsum's High Tech Thai House pavilion at the Worldtech '95 exhibition in Khorat.
   
   Prior to his work in Thailand, Magowan was President and CEO of Aquatech Systems, where he developed the world's largest on-land salmon farm, as well as a processing plant, hatchery, and seafood distribution company.
   
   He began his career as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch.
   
   Mr. Magowan holds a B.A. in Psychology from Yale College.
