Charlotte Magnuson, 78, of Lake Bluff, formerly of Monticello, passed away on Sunday (Jan. 26, 2003) at Lake Forest Hospital in Lake Forest.

She was born on Sept. 8, 1924, in Westville, the daughter of William Earle Adamson and Alice Rolinitis Black.She married Eric Magnuson, Jr. Dec. 27, 1944, in Danville.He survives.

Charlotte graduated from Westville High School.She retired from the Uni-versity of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.She was a member of Eastern Star and Christ Lutheran Church in Monticello.
