Adriane is the Technology Education Manager for Oracle in Redwood Shores.She teaches the Oracle Academy program for high school students at the EPA Clubhouse.Students learn data modeling and SQL computer programming over the course of the school year.The students are eligible for high school credits through this wonderful program.Adriane also coaches ThinkQuest teams at both EPA and CNG clubs.These teams of 9-19 year old students create educational websites that are entered into a global design competition that is sponsored by Oracle. Adriane recently relocated from Sacramento to work for Oracle and the BGCP.She formerly taught Business Technology for the Sacramento Job Corps program.She has also taught for The Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose as well as a company called Futurekids.Her educational background consists of a BA in Social Work and a MA in Education. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her husband Jeff and her two pug dogs (Karma and Kismet) in their home near the ocean.Her hobbies include camping, hiking, knitting, arts and crafts, road trips and of course computers and web design.She is very happy to be blessed with this opportunity to work with the Boys and Girls Club.She finds the members to be fabulous young people with so much to offer the world.
