Mr. Macdonald has served as a Director of the Company since November 1995.He has been the President of Stoneyfell Investments Inc., a private oil and gas management consulting firm, since July 1996.Mr. Macdonald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.He has 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in Canada, the U.S. and Australia.Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Andex Oil Co.Ltd., and its successor.Mr. Macdonald was also a Director of Sloane Petroleums Inc. (formerly known as Northwind Ventures Ltd.) until its amalgamation with Gentry and remains a Director of Stratic Energy Corporation.

Mr. Macdonald earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.His 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry was gained in Canada, the United States and Australia.Before joining the company, he was Executive Vice-President with Andex Oil Co.Ltd. and its successor company.Mr. Macdonald's extensive experience and practical knowledge of the oil and gas sector make him a valued member of the Gentry Board of Directors.

A. Bruce Macdonald, BSc - Director since June 11, 2009. Mr. Macdonald holds a BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. His extensive background in the Petroleum Industry includes the position of Vice President Operations of Delhi International Oil Co. As the sole supplier of gas to the State of South Australia, Delhi International was Australia's number one onshore gas producing company at that time. He also served as Executive Vice President of Enron Oil & Gas Ltd., forerunner to the current EOG Resources, Inc. At present, Mr. Macdonald is President of Stoneyfell Resources, a private investment corporation, as well as Chairman of the Board of Jayhawk Resources Ltd. and Jayhawk Frontier Exploration Ltd.
