CTC Marine Projects Ltd (a DeepOcean ASA subsidiary) has announced the appointment of Donald MacPherson to the position of Operations Manager within its recently formed submarine Telecommunications Group.

Joining CTC from Alcatel-Lucent, Donald MacPherson will be based at the company's London office from 1st October 2007.

Donald Macpherson, Operations Manager and the person responsible for the plant and maintenance of the Bught Lane facilities said, "A fault has been identified in a pipe which takes the water from the pool to the point at which the water is heated.
