Elisa Erlenbach Maas is a director in the firm's Business Department. Since joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Maas has been involved in providing advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide range of transactions involving Delaware limited and general partnerships and Delaware limited liability companies, including investment fund, joint venture, structured finance, and preferred securities transactions. Her practice also involves rendering advice with respect to mergers, acquisitions, conversions, and other structural changes involving Delaware alternative entities.

Working with some of the country's largest corporations and their subsidiaries, Ms. Maas handles joint venture transactions between Fortune 500 companies, cross-border transactions involving some of the world's largest banking institutions, and the formation of billion-dollar private equity funds. She also renders advice concerning the operations and financing transactions of private equity funds and with regard to litigation matters involving Delaware LLCs and LPs.
