After we got back from our June trip I e-mailed Ed Maas (the owner) to thank him for the pleasant experience we had & for the copy of the book he gave our two families.The book is about the history of the Orleans Inn building, which goes back to 1875!!I also told Ed about our sauce & strong desire to establish a customer base on Cape Cod & would love to start with him.He e-mailed back to say he'd like to try both blends of sauce & on our most recent trip there (August, 2005) he said he'd love to take our sauce on to sell!!Ed is also the President of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce & will do a press release there to announce MARE-O-LIN's & also include us & our story in a new edition book of the Orleans Inn due out in 2006!!
