Frank LupoFrank Lupo has been a civil litigator since his admission to the California Bar in 1986.He has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, including severely injured individuals, insurance policyholders, insurance carriers, and entertainment companies in State and Federal trial courts as well as in the California Court of Appeals.At the appellate court level he has prevailed on appeals and writs on matters concerning insurance coverage in the context of employment law, equitable contributions between carriers for professional negligence, and workers compensation insurance.
In the case of Republic Indemnity v. San Francisco Superior Court Frank had an Alternative Writ of Mandate granted by the Court of Appeal for the First Appellate District, a rare event.As a result, judgment was entered in favor of Frank's client.
Frank has also been involved in a series of lawsuits involving the rights of publicity and trademark for The Three Stooges.

Frank also worked on what was to become an important right of publicity case concerning conflict between the First Amendment and the right of publicity in the case of Comedy III Productions, Inc. v. Gary Saderup, Inc.
Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1955, Frank attended NYU and he is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz where he received his bachelor's degree in film and theatre arts.He obtained his law degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles.
