Carolyn-Kay Lundy of Williamsport has had an active career in community service.At one time and another, she has been president of four different community organizations, including the Williamsport Symphony Board, the Williamsport Home, the Junior League and the Williamsport Lycoming Arts Council.She has also served on the boards of the YWCA, the Hemlock Girl Scouts, the Crippled Children's Society and Friends of the Library and was Division Chairman for the Community Arts Center fund-raising campaign.

A graduate of Lycoming College, she served on the Executive Board of the Lycoming College Alumni Association from 1988 to 1994.

In addition to a bachelor's degree from Lycoming College, she also holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Marywood University.She is a member of St. Mark 's Lutheran Church in Williamsport.
