Bill Lundy has quite a mess to clean up.

As of Wednesday, Lundy is the new manager of Campus Pointe Apartments.

But Lundy, who works for Austin, Texas-based Campus Advantage, has experience in campus housing.He was the manager at College Club Apartments since 2001 before leaving in April.

Lundy said he will spend the first few days organizing the chaos.He's planning to meet with the construction workers Friday to set up a timetable and estimate completion costs.

He said he intends to fix the problems early.He will slip letters with introductions and updates under the doors of current residents.He also has a list of the students who have been displaced.He said he will get in contact with them immediately.

While Lundy has a lot to deal with, he thinks he can steer Campus Pointe in the right direction.

"I'm just trying to feel what's going on," Lundy said.
