ROBERT C. LUM, obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley in 1993 and obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1999.
Mr. Lum was admitted to the Maryland state bar in 2000 and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association.He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Asian Business League of Southern California (ABL) and the Southern California Chinese Lawyer's Association (SCCLA).
Attorney Robert Lum joined Reeves and Associates in 2002 and is assigned to the firm's Business and Transactional Unit.Mr. Lum has several years experience in immigration law with a focus on business-related immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.His experience includes the transfer of multinational executives and workers with specialized knowledge, the hiring of specialty occupation workers, labor certification applications and business-related immigrant petitions.Mr. Lum also advises companies on compliance with Department of Labor regulations involving alien labor employment and consults with human resources departments on procedures.
Prior to practicing, Mr. Lum externed in federal district court with the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian of the Central District of California.
