   Notara Lum, owner of Kozo Art, a book binding and gift wrap store, said she is not putting too much stock in how her store performs this holiday season. Business got off to a late start for her, with the store opening more than a week after the Sept. 28 shopping center unveiling. And customers are not as abundant in her wing of the mall because her neighbor, Beata, has not opened and there is no store across the hall from her.
   
   "I think next year will be the most important when we've proven ourselves," Lum said.
