Dr Alvin LumExecutive DirectorGraduated from the National University of Singapore and obtained a doctorate of philosophy at the St. George University, Oxford, Alvin has more than 15 years of experience in the management consulting industry spanning across the Asia Pacific region.With experience in general and strategic management, Alvin has lived in Singapore, Jakarta and Hong Kong and managed operations throughout the Asean region, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.Highlights of his career include establishing a global American owned consulting operation in Indonesian, growing the business from $0 to a $5 million revenue with more than 35% profitability within 2 years.Establishing an Asian consulting business, growing it from a 2 branches operation to a multi-million dollar operation with 6 offices throughout Asia.

Alvin has consulted with no less than 100 organisations including MNC, local and government organisations spanning industries like financial, manufacturing, service, technology and state-owned sector.Currently co-founder and investor in three companies, Alvin sits on a few boards as Executive Director.

An active writer and speaker, Alvin has published regularly in regional publications including but not limited to The Jakarta Post, HR Hong Kong, Hong Kong Business and SWA.He has also delivered keynote address and speeches in conferences and for associations including but not limited to PT Telkom's Mega Seminar series, American chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and Guangzhou, regional HR conferences, Shanghai Municipal Government and Tianjin Municipal Government.
