Nell is the cohesive glue that keeps Mojo Ad working as an efficient unit.She has done just about everything for Mojo Ad but has currently settled on fleshing out new marketing ventures as well as developing and fostering relationships with our clients.As a double master's degree student, Nell's free time is a valuable resource.When she isn't hitting the books, she spends time working for Dale and Thomas' hospitality departments, targeting upscale hotels, casinos and resorts.One of her personal goals is to change the world one indecisive person at a time.It is fitting that her personal motto is "I'd rather have 30 minutes of wonderful than a lifetime of nothing special."She studies and works hard, but then plays hard to keep a delicate balance.

Ifshin will coordinate her work with other members of Mojo Ad's management team, Larry Powell, director, worked as an award winning art director and former principal of his own advertising and design firm, Larry Powell and Associates; Stephanie Padgett, director of media, works as the director of client strategy for Walch Communications in Minneapolis, a division of Empower Media that focuses on marketing for schools; and Nell Lukosavich, client services manager, works in new business development and manages the intern program for a New York-based up-and-coming snack food company, Dale and Thomas.
