Tim Lukasik

Lake County Police Officer Tim Lukasik arrived on the scene and continually tried to talk to the male subject who kept saying he was going to kill the woman.The woman kept telling police to shoot the suspect however, a quick move by Officer Tim Lukasik, who struck the suspect in the arm with his flashlight, was able make the suspect lose his hold on the woman who then managed to fall to the ground as officer's swiftly subdued the suspect and wrestled the weapon away from him.He was then placed under arrest.

Lake County police Chief Miguel Arredondo said the victims are fortunate that Officers Tim Lukasik, Tom Roberts and Brad Bosse acted as quickly as they did, surprising Campion by knocking him on the head with a flashlight.
