MERIDEN -- Beryl F. Lukasik, 84, formerly of 30 Dana Lane, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2004, at the Regency House in Wallingford.She was the wife of Edward J. Lukasik Sr.

She was born in Oakfield, Maine, Nov. 7, 1919, a daughter of the late Carl and Fasnet Joy Moore.She belonged to the PTA at the Hanover School and the Ladies Hep Bowling League at the Colony Lanes in Wallingford.She was a member of Holy Angels Church.
