   Francis Lui joined XECUTIVE in 2004 in the capacity of Chief Advisor. In this role, Francis will be instrumental in further developing XECUTIVE's search initiatives for Hong Kong and China markets.
   
   Before joining XECUTIVE, Francis was a career banker, with a wealth of working experience gained over twenty-some years in several international and local banks in Hong Kong such as First National Bank of Boston, First National Bank of Chicago, IBA and Bank Austria.
   
   Francis is currently an INED (Independent Non Executive Director) of two listed companies in Hong Kong, namely TSL and CRC Cement. He is also a Visiting Professor of Renmin (People's) University of China.
   
   A native of Hong Kong, Francis graduated from University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has also received a certificate in International Management from Insead. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
