In 1991, Betsi founded Meridian Associates after an outstanding banking career culminating in Vice President of Commercial Loans at a $10 billion regional bank where she managed a $150 million loan portfolio.Betsi's academic credits include an MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona.

Betsi's success in the industry is due to her commitment to the independent petroleum marketer.Through her company's consulting and brokerage work with over 1,500 marketers and c-store owners nationwide, she's on the cutting edge of financial issues affecting cash flow and value.She has a special affinity for the challenges and opportunities faced in today's family-run companies.

The Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA) selected Betsi to prepare their annual Financial Averages Study beginning in 1996.This data has become an integral component of Meridian's state-of-the-art cash flow software, CashTracker®.To assist the industry with tracking loaned and leased equipment and managing human resources, Meridian developed two addition software programs, Equipment Tracker and Personnel Tracker®.

Betsi's professionalism continues outside the industry.As a board member of the high-tech firm Apex Microtechnology Corporation, she was instrumental in the company's successful sale, retaining all personnel.
