Jan Luedert received his undergraduate degree at Hamburg University for Economy and Politics in 2001.He has spent one semester at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania during his undergraduate studies focusing on sociology and economy.He has worked for different NGO's both in Germany as well as the United States and Botswana.In Botswana he worked as Regional Coordinator for the YWCA, sent by the British NGO Skillshare International, for two years.His decision to undertake the MAIR at ANU largely reflects his urge to get involved in policy making in development institutions to try to resolve some systemic defects he encountered during his grass root level work in Africa.If you want to find out more, you can visit his website at www.janluedert.com
