Lisa Lucas, Clinic Administrator

A native of Memphis, she is a graduate of Overton High School and attended Southwest Tennessee Community College.

Prior to her appointment, she served as Clinic Revenue Supervisor for the Department of Surgery.

In her new capacity as Clinic Administrator, Ms. Lucas oversees all front desk processes and clinical operations for the bariatric office, including supervision of three permanent and four temporary staff members.

She also works closely with Dr. Madan, handling administrative needs, complaints, and physician consultations.

Ms. Lucas says she has also been impressed by the enthusiasm and consideration of the clinic's patients and points out that the office is developing programs to meet their needs more fully.
