Lisa Lucas - Director of Client Services As Director of Client Services, Lisa Lucas guides the development and deployment of the processes for establishing strong relationships with Vtrenz agencies, partners, and end customers.By managing the implementation, training, support and technical integration services provided by Vtrenz, Lucas helps to ensure a client's rapid transition from product implementation to ongoing benefit realization.With over 15 years of marketing experience, Lucas has extensive expertise in customer marketing and loyalty building programs.Prior to Vtrenz, Lucas spent five years at Microsoft Business Solutions where she developed and executed campaigns targeting the existing customer base as well as specialized marketing packages for partners.Lucas also has experience working for a large hospitality company where she implemented marketing promotions and maintained relations with national accounts.Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead, Moorhead, MN.
