Family Law section president Richard Loza, an attorney with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, told those in attendance in Judge Martha Tanner's 166th District Court on Thursday, that "this is a year-long project coming to completion that will assist in dealing with fundamental issues in family law for Spanish speakers."
