Dr Peteris Loza admitted his behaviour last May had been misleading and dishonest, when he appeared at a GMC panel hearing this month.
He was working as a foundation Year 2 doctor in psychiatry, general medicine and orthopaedics at the Bury St Edmunds hospital when he signed off training assessment forms under the names of other doctors.
The panel heard he was under considerable pressure at the time and anxious about future job prospects.Having just got married, he was sleeping badly because of his young son.He had also been off sick with chicken pox.
Dr Loza admitted the offences.
The panel ruling said: "You have stated that you have analysed your actions and have concluded that they arose out of inexperience and naivety, a failure to ask for help from your local foundation training programme director, and poor time management."
The panel, however, concluded that Dr Loza's clinical competence had not been questioned but that his actions had raised the issue of doctors needing to act with honesty and integrity.
