We're very pleased with the success of Supported Employment over the past 12 years , said Louise Loza , Director of Vocational Services at The Delaware House. However , our job coaches and staff are only half responsible for this program's success. The employers who are willing to participate , and treat our consumers as equals with other employees are the key to making this process work.On behalf of Supported Employment and the consumers who have benefited from your open acceptance , we thank you..
