Lana has extensive experience in government-guaranteed SBA loans and commercial loans, escrow procedures and title insurance, having worked with Los Angeles business owners for nearly two decades in growing and strengthening their companies.Lana is an original staff member of the bank's Los Angeles office, and plays a key role in the bank's goals of helping small and medium-sized businesses secure the financial products and services they need to be competitive.

Lana is well-versed in assessing a client's SBA, escrow and title insurance needs and in tailoring programs that offer flexible, affordable solutions.She came to Discovery Bank from the SBA division of UPS Capital Credit Corp., where she was business development manager.Her previous financial experience included serving as a business development officer with Warner Financial Services, Inc., in Woodland Hills, business relationship manager with First Interstate Bank, senior vice president for financial services at Sterling Bank in Los Angeles, and vice president / manager of Columbia National Bank in Santa Monica.

Lana holds a B.A. degree from California State University Northridge, and is an MBA candidate at UCLA.She's also earned an A.A. degree from West Los Angeles College and a teaching credential from Mount St. Mary's College.
