Jonathan is a highly experienced and qualified HR Professional who provides day to day and also specialist HR Advice and Guidance.

Jonathan has been a HR Director and Consultant for 10 years, which has been mainly spent in the Voluntary Sector, providing advice and guidance on a range of government initiatives around advocacy and employability schemes.

Jonathan has also developed a wide range of skills and experience in all matters relating to Personnel and Human Resource Management through working within the Transport and Construction industries.

Jonathan has complemented his role as a Human Resource Professional and Consultant through gaining a B.A. in Human Resource Management, followed by a Masters, also in Human Resource Management, and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.This has enabled him to analyse both practically and theoretically all methods and techniques used in the field of Personnel Management.

Jonathan is currently Chairman for a charity based in the Metropolitan borough of Oldham named OPAL, which supports people with learning disabilities.This charity is highly regarded for its innovative projects that have supported clients in Oldham for over 23 years.Jonathan ensures that the charity adopts and works to a comprehensive business plan, based on a series of core strategies.
