  Sarah Long Development Manager, ABM
  
  Sarah is the Development Manager for Assured British Meat (ABM). She completed a BSc in agriculture with agricultural marketing and a MSc in food marketing and quality management at Harper Adams University College prior to joining ABM. Her role involves managing the standard-setting process, overseeing the continued development of Beef and Lamb Assurance throughout the chain (farm, transport, markets and abattoirs), and liaising with industry bodies.
  
  Sarah originates from Norfolk where her parents run a beef farm. Her experience of livestock farming and academic qualifications bring a practical and balanced approached to the beef and lamb assurance chain. Sarah was awarded a Nuffield Scholarship in 2007 to look at beef marketing and product differentiation.
