Mrs. Richard Lobeck

Mrs. Lobeck was born Dec. 24, 1946, in Madison, a daughter of Elizabeth (Kern) Manion and the late Robert Manion.She graduated from Edgewood High School in Madison in 1964 and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for two years.

She was married to Richard Lobeck on June 29, 1968, in Madison.

She worked for Warf Institute in Madison as a lab technician studying cancer chemotherapy for a number of years and later became a homemaker, caring for beef cattle on the family farm.
