Agnes Lo is currently Assistant Professor of Pharmacy and the Director of Transplant Clinical Trials at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.She directs and manages the Transplant Clinical Trials Unit for the Division of Transplantation and serves as both principal and collaborating investigator for numerous industry and National Institute of Health sponsored clinical trials.Her research focus includes designing effective immunosuppressive regimen to prevent long-term toxicities and determining the epidemiology and impact of metabolic syndrome in transplant recipients.Lo has presented nationally and internationally and well published on optimizing immunosuppressive therapies.She is active on many national committees with goals to improve transplant patient care.She is currently the chair of the transplant/ immunology section for the American College of Pharmacy.
