With over 28 years of experience in the company law agency industry, Sam Lloyd began his career as a junior search clerk with D & D Law Agency Services Ltd based in London.At the age of 21 he left D & D and relocated to Cardiff to set up Severnside Searches with his then business partner Mary Lovell.
In 1984 Sam sold his share in the business and moved back to London to take up a directorship with D & D for an eight year stint where he covered all aspects of company law and directors duties.
Sam rejoined Severnside Company Services in 1992 as an equity partner and set about the adventurous remit to create, establish and manage a London office for the partnership from a nil client base.
Sam Lloyd, 7SideSam's extensive IT skills were vital in the conception of an electronic incorporation product that is currently used by over 33% of electronic presenters.
Following the change in status and name of Severnside Company Services to 7side Limited, Sam was appointed as Managing Director.He works in close conjunction with the IT department, using his broad knowledge to enhance that aspect of 7side's business.
Sam is also a director of the Property Search Network Limited, a national network of private search organisations based throughout England and Wales.
