Dr. Russ Lloyd is Founder and President of IBL.He is a retired officer in the United States Air Force with extensive experience in leadership, biblical counseling, and organizational consultation.In addition to his ministry, through IBL, Russ continues to serve as a consultant to leadership in both the public and private sectors.

Russ is passionate about serving the men and women God has placed in positions of ministry leadership.

Prior to establishing IBL, Russ served his country for twenty-two years on active duty in the Air Force and was Director of Biblical Counseling in his local church.

Russ became increasingly burdened about the need for a ministry dedicated to leaders.
