Gamma Projects, the dynamic South Wales based telecommunications software development and consultancy company, is delighted to announce the appointment of Arthur Llewellyn FCA as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Arthur has spent most of his career working with growing companies, either at an early stage of their growth cycle or during periods of rapid growth. He spent most of the last ten years involved in building PenOp Ltd, a software company whose products enabled the legal handwritten signature of electronic documents, from a pre-seed concept to world-wide market leader, with an extensive and valuable portfolio of patents.
At PenOp, he was responsible for all financial matters, including two rounds of venture funding and the acquisition of a competitor's business. He also acted as CEO, setting up offices and teams in the UK and USA, and as Director of International Business Development. In this role, he established a strategic alliance of technology partners in workflow and document management, and recruited some 40 resellers in 32 countries, as well as winning some significant contracts in the insurance, pharmaceutical and government sectors.
Arthur will be providing an invaluable contribution to the strategic planning and direction of Gamma Projects and will be responsible for all the financial and commercial issues within the Company, as well as developing and maintaining investor relations.
"Gamma Projects is a young, vibrant company which has proved itself as a market leader in its field, with its broad portfolio of clients and impressive track record to date" says Arthur Llewellyn.
