   Brad's official title is Systems Analyst. He is really our ‘Mr Fix-it': Brad Llewellen first joined this company in 1987 and has been with Computer Friends for a total of over 11 years. He has an unusually broad knowledge of computers, networking, and every conceivable peripheral from both the technical, software as well as operating system aspects. Brad's long term experience makes him a specialist in the diagnostic and solution of problems relating to the difficult task of getting different brands of equipment and software to work together. Further, Brad is intimately familiar with the Business Manager range of software, the implementation and training of its various modules and the ‘BM Probe' Windows based reporting tools.
