  Lin brings over 18 years of marketing and engineering experience in the semiconductor industry to Actions. From 2005-2007, Lin was General Manager of Reatlek's subsidiary, Realsil Microelectronics, in Suzhou, China. Prior to that, he served as General Manager at M-Square Technology Corporation, another subsidiary for Realtek. Lin also held the positions of Project Manager of the R&D Center and Head of Marketing in the Consumer Group Division at Realtek. From 1989 to 1996, Lin worked at the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan. Mr. Lin earned a MSEE from National Chiao Tung University in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
