As in-house Legal Counsel, Ms. Lim provides legal support to the Group's business activities, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, financing, project development, licensing issues, contracts and tenancies management.

She has more than 15 years of legal, financial and real estate experience.

In 1993, Ms. Lim joined Pontiac Land Group, a real estate developer and owner of commercial, hospitality, residential and retail properties as legal counsel.She was promoted to Head of Legal Department in 1996 and continued to provide legal advice and participated in commercial deliberations and corporate finance transactions.

She graduated from National University of Singapore in 1986 with a Bachelor of Law (Hons).
