For the planning, Susan asked the members to focus on the Lenten Campaign, recruitment and social justice/human rights.

POHD event coordinator Susan Lim said a total of 28 parishes under the Penang Diocese were involved in the Lenten Campaign activity and reviews had been conducted earlier in Perak.

Lim, who was emcee for the night, said the committee appreciated the hard work and effort put in by the love squad members and thanked everyone who had participated.

"We have a member who goes up to the highlands and purchases the greens from farmers, then brings it here," said Susan Lim, who also heads the POHD (Penang Office for Human Development) at St Michael's Church.
