Levy, involved in gallery promotions for more than thirty years, felt there was a need to promote the contributions of women artists whose creative accomplishments outside the home are often overlooked.

Levy explains "All these artists are worthy of recognition and I found the bringing together of these talents an enormously satisfying thing to do.

Levy continued that there are many more women artists who are worthy of inclusion in the book, and she regrets not being able to encompass them all, but explains that space and time were limited.When asked whether she has plans for more publications, she replied that she has enjoyed publishing the Liam Spencer and A Colourful Canvas books and doesn't rule out the possibility of future publications but wants to concentrate on launching the latest book and recharging her batteries, as well as her finances, before contemplating anything else.
