   Marc W. Levy is Vice President of Island Capital Group LLC and has been with the company since its formation. Mr. Levy was formerly Senior Managing Director of Insignia Financial Services, Inc., which was the investment banking subsidiary of Insignia, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance transactions and principal investment opportunities for Insignia. Prior to Insignia, Mr. Levy was a corporate attorney with the New York City law firm of Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance), where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and real estate private equity transactions. Mr. Levy received a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law (Dean's List) in 1996 and received a B.A. degree from Tufts University (cum laude) in 1993.

   Marc Levy is a Senior Managing Director of Island Capital and has been with the company since its formation. Mr. Levy's is actively involved in Island Capital's acquisition and investment banking activities. Mr. Levy also leads the acquisition and investment banking activities of Island Global Yachting Ltd., an affiliate of Island Capital.
