David Levy is a partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry.David was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1999 when he was awarded a share of the Herbert Egerton Harris Advocacy Scholarship and a share of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Plaque for the student attaining the highest grade in Civil Litigation.David graduated from McGill University with a B.A. in 1993, and from McGill's Faculty of Law with his LL.B and B.C.L. degrees in 1997.He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Advocates' Society.David's practice is devoted to Civil Litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury litigation, and accident benefits mediations and arbitrations before The Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
