Faye Levow is a founding member and a principal organizer of the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association.She began her real estate career in 2001 as a note broker specializing in simultaneous note closings: "purchasing seller financed notes at the closing table for cash."Since then, Faye has acquired experience and expertise in many other facets of Real Estate Investing including negotiating with sellers, options, pre-foreclosures and round-robin auctions.Master of Options, Faye is living proof that you can make big money in real estate with only a ten dollar bill.Currently, her focus is quick-turning, but eventually she would like to own apartment complexes and do some developing.

Faye maintains an active relationship with her mentors, knowing they are only a "phone call away" if she ever needs them.

Faye is a "Transaction Engineer" and knows that if a seller is willing to deal, she will find a way to make it work.She enjoys partnering with both newer and seasoned investors around the country to share her expertise and energy.

A former paralegal, Faye's varied background also includes management, sales and marketing, retail, consulting (personal and business), copy writing, theatre, teaching, and more.She is also known as Wildflower, doing medical intuitive readings and psychic readings focused on personal empowerment.
