Dr. Menachem Levitas

Dr. Menachem Levitas is the Chief Scientist of Technology Service Corporation (TSC) / Washington Operation.He has 33 years of experience, 25 of which include radar systems analysis and design for the Navy, Air Force, and FAA.He holds the degree of Ph.D. in physics from the University of Virginia.He has worked extensively on the AEGIS radar system, and has had significant experience with many other existing and national Navy, Air Force, and Foreign radars.He has performed the radar suite tradeoff analysis for the DD 21 radar program which included Counter Fire considerations in support of the US Marine Corps requirements.He is the recipient of the AEGIS Excellence Team Award for his contributions for the AN/SPY-1 radar High Range Resolution (HRR) Development.
