    I just read in an update from Daniel Levitas of the ACLU that U.S. District Court Judge Christopher Boyko (a Bush appointee) has issued both a preliminary and permanent injunction in Boustani v. Blackwell, blocking Ohio's discriminatory voting law requiring proof of citizenship from naturalized - but not native born - citizens at the polls.
