DECATUR, Ga. (September 23, 2004) - Huddle House Vice President and Corporate Secretary Claudia Levitas has been promoted to senior vice president.In addition to her current responsibilities as the company's general counsel and corporate secretary, Levitas now will manage the human resources department for the corporate headquarters and all company-operated units.

Levitas is a member of several organizations, including American Bar Association's Business Law Section, Board of Directors Network and Women's Foodservice Forum.She received her juris doctorate degree with honors from George Washington University Law School.Levitas obtained her bachelor of political science degree from The Claremont Colleges in southern California.

Founded in 1964, Decatur, Ga.-based Huddle House Inc. is celebrating its 40th year in business.
