  Eliot's interest in technology-based change stemmed from an initial career in animal husbandry.Levinson's education experience includes teaching in Philadelphia and San Jose, being a middle school principal in Wayland, Massachusetts and being the assistant to the chancellor of schools in New York City.Levinson's technology and policy experience includes working in the management sciences group at the Rand Corporation and managing a program on the organizational impact of technology at MIT's Sloan School of Management and by working for various IT consulting practices.Levinson holds a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University.Levinson combined his interest in both education and technology by founding the BLEgroup group in 1997 to address the issues of implementing technology-based change in k-12 education.
