Eden C. Levinson
Assistant Vice President Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co.
Ms. Levinson joined Duff & Phelps in May of 1997 and is currently an analyst for the REIT products managed by Duff & Phelps. These products include the REIT portfolio within the DNP Select Income Fund Inc., a closed-end fund, the Phoenix-Duff & Phelps Real Estate Securities Fund, the Phoenix-Duff & Phelps Real Estate Securities Series subaccount of the Phoenix Edge Series annuity products, and separate accounts. Her primary responsibility is to conduct research on all sectors of the equity REIT universe.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Ms. Levinson worked as an investor relation's consultant for Hill & Knowlton where she assisted public companies in their efforts to posture themselves within the investment community. Prior to Hill & Knowlton, she worked at Zacks Investment Research, Inc., a software developer of equity research. At Zacks, she headed product development efforts to create software that was marketed to investor relations and asset management departments of public companies. That software provided data on the relationship between analysts' estimates and the market's response to earnings announcements.
Ms. Levinson holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Level II Candidate of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.
