   Noah has spent his career managing complex technical and business projects from strategy through implementation, including product management, training and curriculum development, and change management. He has experience working with both established organizations and fast paced small and medium sized companies.
   
   Noah began his career nine years ago as a web developer at IBM Global Services. He later served as project manager in the group that determined the overall technology strategy for the use of Lotus Notes throughout IBM. Noah then joined DoubleClick's consulting team where he managed the implementations for their largest customers and designed the company's consulting offerings. Noah was eventually responsible for DoubleClick's internal worldwide CRM, Billing, Business Intelligence, and e-Learning technology strategies.
   
   At Top Dog, Noah oversees the account management program and works with customers and partners to define requirements, develop functional specifications for products, and provide sales and marketing support to help them succeed.
   
   Noah holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
