Mr. Levine is a founding member of the firm and, since 1988, has practiced exclusively in family law.Mr. Levine attended the University of Texas where he received a B.B.A. in 1981.He received a J.D. from University of Georgia School of Law in 1985, and an L.L.M. in litigation from Emory University in 1986.

Mr. Levine is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association, and serves on the Trial Practice and Techniques Committee, Family Law Section of the American Bar Association.He has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer in Atlanta magazine, a Legal Elite in Georgia Trend magazine, and is listed in Knights of the Bar.He holds numerous professional distinctions including Fellow, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, of which he is currently Vice-President; member of the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers; rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell; and is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
