    Ms. Levine received her B.A. in Political Science and International Studies, magna cum laude, from Yale University in 1993.She received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 1998, where she was Essays Editor of the Yale Law Journal.Following law school, she clerked for Chief Judge Jerry Buchmeyer in the Northern District of Texas.
