   Allied Domecq Spirits and Wine announces the appointment of Alison Levett as Managing Director for the UK business. Levett joins from Campbells food where she was Managing Director of the UK operation. Prior to this she worked in numerous commercial and marketing roles in brand led organisations including Reckitt and Colman and Mars. She began her career in advertising with agency Allen Brady and Marsh.
   
   Levett succeeds Chris Heath who was recently appointed Managing Director of the Spanish business and will commence with the company on the 6th January 2003.
