Beginning in 1993, Valerie Levay began her career managing and leasing several Memphis CBD high-end residential and commercial landmark properties for the Henry Turley Company.In 1996, she was appointed Property Manager for one of the largest home health care providers in the country, Medshares Inc.Her responsibilities included site selection, lease review and negotiation, internal cost accounting and corporate reporting.While in bankruptcy reorganization, Valerie successfully decreased the annual rent role by $4.2 million dollars through aggressive lease renegotiations.

In 2000, Ms. Levay was engaged by Loeb Properties to perform marketing, sales and leasing of seven new commercial developments in Memphis, TN.In 2003, Valerie joined CRESA Partners, LLC as an associate broker and resides in Nashville.Focusing on tenant and buyer representation, she provides her clients experience in lease negotiation, lease termination, strategic planning, market survey and analysis, site selection, and lease document review.
